Rule Would Add Broadband to Highway Rights of Way | ASCE SmartBrief
Highway rights of way, which commonly include utility infrastructure, could have usage expanded to include broadband technology under a rule proposed by the Federal Highway Administration. Transit Agencies Get More Latitude for Joint Projects | ASCE SmartBrief
Regional transit agencies pursuing projects with funding from the Federal Transit Administration have gained greater leeway to cooperate with developers on projects that benefit transit systems and communities. Autonomous Vehicle Lanes Planned for Mich. Corridor

Autonomous vehicles will eventually be able to travel on dedicated lanes from Detroit to Ann Arbor on the Michigan Connected Corridor, according to project plans unveiled by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
